Healing the Hurt is Dr. James Ballard’s approach to helping readers process—and resolve—the pain of their past and present.

 

Dr. Ballard believes that human beings are each trinities of body, mind and spirit.  Real healing must come through an understanding of all three components and must take into consideration the unique needs of each component. 

 

Using Christian principles and a Reality Therapy approach, Dr. Ballard’s book returns enlightened control to the individual, helping the reader understand how the past has helped to create a painful present.  It offers choices and new approaches to help readers use their new understanding to change the impact of the past on their present lives, and begin a journey toward wholeness.
